Wheat flour

  • beat the butter, icing sugar and salt slightly until foamy. Using a mixer.
  • stir the egg
  • briefly knead in stifted flour (do not knead for too long otherwise the dough will become togh)
  • fill the mass into the cartridges avoiding air bubbles
  • let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 min.
  • preheat the oven to 170 °C, circulating air
  • bake the biscuits on the flexible production base for a few minutes until they are golden yellow.

Powdered sugar

  • sieve and mix icing sugar and flour
  • add remaining ingredients and mix
  • leave to rise 30 min.
  • fill the mass into the cartridges, avoiding air bubbles
  • the mass can be stored in the refrigerator
  • preheat oven to 160 °C
  • bake the sweet crispy waffles on the flexible production base for a few minutes until they are golden yellow

Speculaas spice   (cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg)

Salt
  • sieve the flour and mix with the sugar
  • add the remaining ingredients and knead into the mixture
  • fill the mass into the cartridges avoiding air bubbles
  • let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 min.
  • preheat the oven to 170 °C, circulating air
  • bake the biscuits on the flexible production base for few minutes until they are golden yellow

3D meshed potatoes

Meshed potatoes (freshly cooked):

INGREDIENTS

270 g
potatoes (floury) boiled in salted water until they are cooked
80 g
Milk added
5 g
Butter added
 
Season with butter, nutmeg and salt.

PREPARATION

  • boil the potatoes (peeled and quartered)
  • drain boiling water, press potatoes through the potato press
  • add milk, stir vigorously with a whisk, make sure that no lumps are formed
  • season with butter, nutmeg and salt
  • pass the mashed potatoes through the sieve and then fill into the cartridge. Make sure that no air bubbles form.

Mashed potatoes (convenience):

  • mix according to package instructions, using slightly less liquid
  • pour the puree into the cartridge and make sure that no air bubbles form.

3D Butter
(Different Sorts)

Butter:

 

 

When making flavoured butter, make sure that all ingredients are very fine (nozzle diametet 1 mm) or passed through the sieve.

 

  • soften the butter at room temperature
  • with the help of a piping bag, fill from below up to 60 ml mark, bibble-free
  • chill for 30 min.

Herb butter:

  • the herbs have to be chopped very finely
  • pass the mixture through a sieve or pass the chopped herbs through a sieve before adding them to the butter

Tomato butter:

  • butter with tomato paste, garlic, salt and pepper refine
  • season to taste with herbs of your choice

Lemon butter:

  • Mix butter with fine lemon grater (with butter paper, square grater), salt, pepper and some lemon juice
  • mix in very finely chopped lemon thyme

Pine nut butter:

  • Roast the pine nuts lightly in a pan, stirring constantly (without adding oil)
  • Process pine nuts into pine nut butter and pass through sieve

When making flavoured cream cheese, make sure that all ingredients are very fine (nozzle diametet 1 mm) or passed through the sieve.
 
  • fresh cheese should not be watery. Watery fresh cheese can simply be put into a cloth and gently squeezed out before further processing
  • mix to a homogeneous mass
  • with the help of piping bag, fill from below up to the 60 ml mark bubble-free
  • chill for 30 min.

When making flavoured mayonnaise, make sure that all ingredients are very fine (nozzle diametet 1 mm) or passed through the sieve.
 

 

  • brought mayonnaise works quite simply, as these are already homogenized and the 3D foods does not seperate so quickly by shearing into its indivudal phases
  • mix to a homogeneous mass
  •  with the help of piping bag, fill from below up to the 60 ml mark bubble-free
  • chill for 30 min.

When making flavoured wasabi, make sure that all ingredients are very fine (nozzle diametet 1 mm) or passed through the sieve.

When making flavoured tea sausage, make sure that all ingredients are very fine (nozzle diametet 1 mm) or passed through the sieve.

 

 

 

 

 

  • use a fine tea sausage with low fat content, otherwise it will separate as a phase due to the shearing in the cartridge
  • mix to a homogeneous mass
  • with the help of piping bag, fill from below up to the 60 ml mark bubble-free
  • chill for 30 min.
