The 3D food Procusini® 3D Marzipan is characterized by a high flowability for fine layer formation and simultaneous stability of the objects. It is as well an excellent choice for a 3d printed cake topper.
Available in natural, yellow, blue, red and green.
Marzipan natural: sugar, almonds (36 %), water, invert sugar syrup, humectants: Invertase.

This depends on the food used and the setting whether, for example, a hollow or full body. For the Procusini® food you will find application examples with information on size, material consumption and pressure duration in the section of the respective food.
As a rule of thumb, if no additional temperature effect is exerted on the food, the consistency of the food before and after printing is the same. The stronger the more stable the more liquid the less stable.
